Our Return Policy

Laura Foote Designs only produces the highest quality jewelry designed for the discerning shopper. We hope you will always love our designs, but should you be unhappy for any reason, you may return your item for a full refund, or exchange your item, within 10 days of receipt.  

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. 

Sale Items:
All sale items are final purchase and cannot be refunded.

Please include your order ID number and a representative will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.

Please insure the package, require a signature and get a tracking # when shipping any merchandise to be certain we receive it back. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on items that have already been exchanged once.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at:

$10 will be deducted from your refund amount in order to cover domestic shipping costs. We do not currently offer prepaid return labels for international customers. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Outside Retailer 

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from

For items purchased directly from, we accept returns and exchanges for unworn and undamaged merchandise shipped back to us within 10 days of order receipt. 

Processing Time

Returns and refunds are processed up to 3-5 business days after your return arrives in our office.

Only authorized and approved returns with signed delivery confirmation will be accepted. Laura Foote Designs is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact us page. Please have the 10 digit web order ID number, date of transaction, and information used for that order.
