Wholesale Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER:
Minimum opening orders are US $1000.00 and minimum reorders are US $500.00.
RETAIL PRICE:
Suggested retail is 2.2 MSRP.
PAYMENT TERMS AND METHOD:
Purchaser must provide resale number/certificate.
Upon confirmation of order; payment must be made in full before your order is shipped. Your order will not be shipped until your payment has been received by us.
You may make payment for your order using your credit card or debit card.
Credit/Debit cards will be charged at time of order shipment.
Orders may be placed in person, through email and via invoice.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. Orders are shipped via reputable international courier companies such as FedEx or UPS. Should you wish to make arrangements to ship via your preferred freight provider using your own account, kindly let us know at time of order.
Shipping and handling charges are totaled at time of order completion and are the client's expense.
International Shipping: You are responsible for any handling fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs. We are not liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, shipping companies or other factors that are not within our control.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:
This order is accepted subject to approval by Laura Foote Designs LLC. The order may be canceled within 7 days of placement. Cancellations and order updates must be received in writing (via email or mail) within 7 days of order placement.
Any pieces already in production are the financial responsibility of the purchaser.
BACKORDERS:
Items that are not immediately available will be placed on back order. However, please note that production of back ordered products have an estimated 6-8 week lead time, of which you will be informed. Each shipment will be charged according to our shipping terms.
SPECIAL ORDERS/MADE TO ORDER:
All special orders require a 50% deposit taken at time of order. The remaining 50% will be charged at time of order shipment. All special orders are non refundable and cancellation of order is strictly not allowed.
Special Order products will require a 10 unit order minimum per style.
Lead time for special order products is 6-8 weeks, of which you will be informed.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS:
In the event any of the products in your order are damaged, or faulty, incorrect styles, or incomplete, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving delivery of your order, after which, returns will not be processed.
A replacement will be issued once the Replacement Form (to be completed by you) has been received, processed and approved by us. The replacement units will be shipped and charged according to our shipping terms.
RETURNS & SWAPS:
Change of mind returns are strictly not allowed.
Order swaps are not permitted.
